Booct Directory Terms

Last updated: 9 July 2026

1. The directory

Booct provides a directory of beauty and wellness businesses. Listings marked "Unclaimed" are compiled from public sources and are provided "as is" — they may be incomplete or out of date and don't indicate any relationship between the business and Booct.

2. Accuracy & removal

We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and to correct or remove a listing on request (see the removal link on any listing, or [email protected]). We don't guarantee the accuracy of unclaimed listings.

3. Claiming a listing

A business can claim its listing by verifying it controls the business. On verification, the listing is promoted to a claimed profile the business manages. By claiming, you confirm you're authorised to act for the business and that any content you add (images, descriptions) is yours or licensed to you, and you're responsible for keeping it accurate.

4. Content you provide

You grant Booct a licence to display content you add to your claimed listing. You must not upload content you don't have the rights to.

5. No booking interference

Booct's directory offers discovery. For businesses that aren't Booct customers, we show a phone number to contact the business directly; online booking is available for Booct customers.

6. Removal & suppression

We'll remove a listing on request and won't recreate it from our public sources. M37 Tech Pty Ltd may also remove or decline any listing at its discretion.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{STATE}}, Australia.
